As long as you maintain a continuous Scheduled Maintenance Agreement, we will replace your defective systems when they fail. If you air conditioner’s compressor breaks twice in the first five years, or your furnace stops working before the ten year mark, we will install new equipment.
24-Hour Service Guarantee
We understand that your heating and cooling systems don’t always pick the best times to stop working. When your air conditioning quits in the middle of the night, or your heater breaks on Christmas morning, we’re available to help you. (Additional costs may apply for holiday or after-hours service. Comfort+Plus Service Club members are exempt from after-hour fees.)
Better Than We Found It Guarantee
With Elite Air, Inc., you never have to worry about a technician or installer dirtying your home or business. Our techs take personally responsibility for leaving your home even better than when they arrived. If you’re not satisfied, we’ll even have a cleaning service come to your location at no cost to you. Just notify us if you’re not happy with the cleanliness of your home after one of our services within the same day.

We try to make the process of having your heating or cooling system repaired, serviced, or replaced as enjoyable as possible. We don’t allow our techs to smoke or swear on your property, and we expect our employees to always demonstrate a positive and helpful attitude for you. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we will offer an extra maintenance visit at no additional charge.
