Elite Air , Inc. has been serving the central New Jersey area since 1986, providing quality design, installation and service of HVAC equipment to residential and light commercial markets. Over the last 3 years our business has doubled in annual sales, and the momentum continues! Growth does not happen without quality employees, and we are actively recruiting from up and coming to experienced technicians that are excited by rapid growth, high income potential and career advancement.

All technicians must have their CFC certification, a valid driver's license and basic hand tools for the trade. This position requires the ability to perform troubleshooting, repair and perform maintenance. All candidates must be able to lift up to 75 while performing their duties. Diversified experience with both residential and commercial equipment is very helpful. Technicians will be required to travel to customer locations, be exposed to moderate noise, risk of shock and occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts. Shifts will generally be Monday through Friday working 8+ hours per day, with rotating week's on-call
