Giving Back to the Community:
ARS Giveaway Campaign
ARS (Elite Air, Inc) provided a free brand new boiler to a military veteran, the winner of the giveaway campaign to honor veterans and first responders in Trenton, NJ.
At Elite Air, we appreciate our community. As part of the ARS group, we have the opportunity to express our appreciation through the ARS Cares Saluting Our Veterans program. Across the nation, more than 25 veterans and their families received new water heaters or HVAC systems prior to the winter months.
Our winner in Trenton was Brian Green, a Marine veteran who served in the Iraq war as part of Operation Desert Storm in the early 1990s. Brian says he was inspired to enroll when his brother, whom he idolized growing up, joined the Marine Corps. From that moment, he knew he wanted to follow in his footsteps. He spent a portion of his military career as a cook at Camp Pendleton, and still lives by the motto, “Once a Marine, always a Marine.”
Green was nominated by his past State Commander to receive a replacement for his broiler, which was very old and not working as it should. He was thrilled to learn that he had won and would receive a brand-new broiler at no cost.
When asked about the ARS Cares program, Green said, “I think it’s fantastic, what they’re doing for Veterans, to be able to give back… and not let them be forgotten, no matter where or when they served.”
We were thrilled to be able to make this contribution to our community and recognize Green and other Veterans for their service.
